Adjectives, telling the time, present simple, adverbs of frequency, prepositions of time, can/can’t, like+verb+ing, object pronouns, possessive pronouns, adjectives, quite/very, daily routine, time words and expressions, the date, verb phares, free time activities, love story phrase, music
Ementa
Aspectos relevantes para o aprendizado da língua inglesa ao nível elementar, visando, dentre outros aspectos, a comunicação.

 

Inglês III
Past simple of be: was/were, past simple: regular verbs, past simple irregular verbs, past simple regular and irregular verbs, there was/there were, present continuous, present simple or present continuous, word formations, past time expressions, go, have, get, irregular verbs, houses and furniture, prepositions of place, places in city.

 

Inglês IV
Word order in questions, present simple, present continuous, defining relative clauses, past simple regular and irregular verbs, past continuous , family, personality adjectives, the body, prepositions of place, expression for paraphrasing: like, for example, et., holiday, look, opposite verbs, verb+ back.

 

Inglês V
Present Perfect (experience) + ever, never, present perfect + yet, just, already, simple past, comparatives, as… as / less… than…, superlatives (+ ever + present perfect, uses of the infinitives (with to), verb + -ing, have to, don’t have to, must, mustn’t, if + present; will + infinitive (first conditional), if + past; would + infinitive (second conditional, may/might (possibility), should/shouldn’t, Clothes, verb phrases, time expressions (a year ago, in the past): spend time, waste time etc., opposite adjectives (friendly/unfriendly – rude/polite etc.), verbs +infinitive (to talk, to get, etc.), verbs describing emotions (love being etc.), modifiers: a bit, really, etc, sport: prepositions of movement (into, past, round etc.), confusing verbs (know / meet etc.), animals, word building: noun formation (decide/decision etc.), uses of get.

 

Inglês VI
Present perfect + for and since, present perfect or past simple?, used to, passive, words related to fear, biographies, school subjects: history, geography, etc., verbs: invent, discover, etc., something, anything, nothing, etc., quantifiers, too, not enough, words order of phrasal verbs, so/neither + auxiliaries, adjectives ending in –ed and –ing, health and lifestyle, phrasal verbs, similarities, past perfect, reported speech, adverbs: suddenly, immediately, etc., say, tell, or ask?

Different learning styles, politically incorrect jokes, telling lies, plastic surgery, beauty, bribery and corruption, national stereotype, manner behavior, prejudice, listening class, idioms, learning how to write, gay families, swearing, movie watching, environment, vocabulary/feelings, digestive system, phrasal verbs + idioms, oral activities.

 

Inglês VIII
I – OBJETIVO GERAL
Desenvolver as competências comunicativa, estratégica, discursiva, sociocultural e intercultural em língua inglesa.

II – OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS
- Dar continuidade ao processo de aperfeiçoamento das estruturas gramaticais da língua inglesa.
- Trabalhar as habilidades linguísticas (produtivas e receptivas).
- Refletir sobre temas críticos.
- Desenvolver o estudo de fonologia.
- Desenvolver o estudo da literatura e cultura de países anglo-falantes.

III – CONTEÚDO PROGRAMÁTICO
- Gramática: present perfect (simple and continuous), modal verbs, conditionals, indirect questions, question tags, and reported speech.
- Fonologia: the phonemic alphabet, sounds, connected speech, intonation, sentence, and word stress.
- Temas críticos
- Leitura de textos canônicos ou não canônicos em Inglês..
Ementa
Aprimoramento das estruturas da língua e aperfeiçoamento da compreensão e produção orais e escritas em nível intermediário. Leitura de textos literários canônicos ou não canônicos. Fonética e fonologia da Língua Inglesa.
